**Position Summary**
This position will lead the FP&A practices for the Aetna Clinical Solutions Finance team. This includes:

- Managing the FP&A calendar and deliverables
- Consolidating monthly results and forecasts across ACS
- Implementing process improvements to streamline forecasting for the ACS team
- Creating monthly reporting packages for each ACS department with leading indicators
- Designing best practices to be leveraged across the ACS finance team for daily tasks
- Leading a team of managers and analysts

- Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change to improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality and alignment of priorities and results
- Driving complex project management milestones and deliverables, in collaboration with a number of colleagues in a highly matrixed organization while adhering to enterprise deadlines for highly visible and critical meetings/events such as monthly and quarterly financial reviews
- Staying organized with careful attention to detail
- Translating financial results and metrics into recommended actions to support business leader strategic and operational decision-making and action

**Ability To**:

- Work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment and build partnerships with key constituents of varying professional levels (e.g.,, business segment and finance leadership to gain input, feedback, understanding and/or buy-in on key processes, expectations and/or deliverables, while influencing business decisions through actionable business insights.
- Confidence and courage to work independently, execute priorities, identify and initiate improvements without requiring specific step by step direction

**Preferred Qualifications**
Knowledge in financial reporting systems such as Hyperion, Anaplan and S4

**Education**
Bachelors Degree

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
