Ning Solutions is looking for a Benefits Specialist ready to hit the ground running and hungry for a challenge This position will support various administrative, operational, and/or analytical services under the judges’ retirement program.

**Duties**:

- Perform work to ensure requirements are met on various human resources topics such as benefits, staffing, classification, employee/ management relations, performance management, and employee recognition.
- Research and gathering information, write memoranda, reports, or other materials supporting Judge’s retirement programs.
- Review completed materials for adherence to all laws, statutes, and regulations in addition to AOUSC and Judiciary policies and procedures.
- Assist with processing judges' and spouses' death cases and in preparing correspondence to survivors.
- Assist in finalizing written correspondence to judges concerning their retirement.
- Prepare written materials for the Judges Benefits and Retirement Programs.
- Prepare and mail reminder letters to new judges on their limited opportunity to enroll in the Judicial Survivor's Annuities System.
- Answer phones, correspondence, filing, and preparation of handouts/meeting materials.
- Ensure all functions associated with supporting human resources programs (includes life insurance, health insurance and determining creditable service) and initiatives are completed accurately, correctly, and in a timely fashion.
- Meet personnel and payroll cycles or other initiative/program office due dates.

**Experience**:

- Financial, administrative, and/or project responsibility. Individual must possess excellent verbal and written skills.
- Performing specialist-level work related to a variety of human resources functions such as benefits, staffing, classification, employee/ management relations, or performance management.
- Experience should demonstrate organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow policies and procedures to produce work products.
- Showing attention to details and demonstrate good organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $71,991.00 - $78,908.00 per year
