**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To**:

- Provide administrative and general support to an Army Career Management Branch
- Manage administrative records and processes for assignments and records management
- Prepare reports, analytical white papers and statistical data to support career management
- Process and facilitate attendance in training programs
- Input and update data into excel spreadsheets, databases and personnel systems of record for billeting and manning oversight
- Perform other related projects and duties as requested

Experience Required for this Role:

- Five years
- experience in DoD or Army career management of intelligence professionals
- At least two years of experience in military correspondence, policies or procedures, providing technical guidance on style, composition and correct formats, organizing workload and master suspense logs, providing customer service
- Five years military/government work experience relating to human resources or career management of Intelligence Professionals
- Proficient with MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
