**Landscape Design Build Technician Summary**

The Design Build Technician plays a pivotal role in executing various landscape and hardscape projects focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves a diverse range of tasks such as excavation, grading, paving, stone wall installation, planting, and pruning along with general masonry and carpentry work.

**Key Responsibilities for the Design Build Technician**
- Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Deliver high-end customer service to all clients.
- Keep all tools, trailers and vehicles clean and organized.
- Execute tasks with a strong attention to detail, ensuring the accurate and precise implementation of design plans.
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure project success.
- General landscape maintenance Including, but not limited to planting and transplanting, watering and pruning.
- General hardscape installation and maintenance procedures including but not limited to:

- Installation of milled and natural stone patios
- Construction of a variety of stone walls: Seat walls, boulder walls, engineered retaining walls, dry-stacked
- Grading
- Cement work
- General masonry and carpentry

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in landscape construction and installation is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of landscape design principles and elements.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, lifting, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions for long durations.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred.
