Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Folder to join our team. As a Folder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining folding machines to ensure the accurate and efficient folding of various materials. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate folding machines according to job specifications
- Load materials onto the machine and adjust settings as necessary
- Monitor the folding process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on folding machines to keep them in optimal condition
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the folding process
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating folding machines or similar equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of different folding techniques and machine settings
- Familiarity with packaging processes and materials
- Experience with machining is a plus
- Basic understanding of press operations and prepress procedures is beneficial
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and job specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to fabricate materials according to specific requirements
