**Position Overview**:
As a General Manager at Sky Zone, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the park. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the park delivers an exceptional and safe experience for guests while achieving financial and operational goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Leadership**: Provide leadership and direction to individual team members, ensuring overall operational excellence.
- **Financial Management**: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- **Guest Experience**: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, safety, and cleanliness, maintaining Sky Zone's commitment to providing a positive and memorable experience for guests.
- **Staff Development**: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- **Marketing and Sales**: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement regional marketing strategies, drive sales initiatives, and promote special events to boost attendance and revenue.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and enforce operational standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of each location, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a successful multi-unit manager, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industry.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large teams.
- Knowledge of the entertainment and leisure industry trends.
