Field Supervisor

US Power Pros is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Generator Installation Field Supervisor to assist in managing the field crews, Licensed residential wireman or Journeyman Electrician is a must. US Power Pros services the greater Houston area

**Responsibilities**:

- Layout and review project scope
- Work with crews for job expectations
- Coordinate inventory for each job
- Field Training for new hires
- Create Process and procedure for crew expectation
- Ability to read electrical schematics, procedures and NEC code
- Perform quality electrical installations as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid Journeyman/Journeywoman or residential wireman license
- Strategically layout projects with crew leads
- Previous residential electrical experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good Prioritization, organization and analytical skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Valid Drivers License
- Availability Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
