**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner;
- Check guests in and out via the hotel's reservation software;
- Answer calls and assist callers as needed;
- Assist guests with questions or inquiries regarding hotel services and amenities;
- Process reservations and payments, keeping accurate record of transactions;
- Ensure front desk and lobby are clean and organized;
- Cleans and maintains all service and eating areas;
- Performs a variety of food preparation duties;
- Cleans and maintains kitchen and equipment;
- Restocks supplies for the next day;
- Processing laundry, towels, comforters, sheets, etc; From collecting, washing, drying, & folding.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivated without direct supervision;
- Note taking to use so you have details and directions for the various aspects;
- Proficient in learning/using phone systems and computer software;
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information;
- Problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries, complaints or unusual problems;
- Front Desk Clerk positions are independent workers, there are no overlapping shifts. We have various security measures in place, but the front desk clerk has to be comfortable and confident working independently;

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $11.50 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Night shift
- Overnight shift

- This is a part-time position that will include, at minimum, working 3rd shift (10pm-6am) on Friday and Saturday then 2nd shift on Sunday (2pm-10pm). You may be asked/offered other shifts but these are the specific days we need to fill. Are you able to work these hours on these days?
