Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze sales data to develop insights and make recommendations for sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and promotional plans
- Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce to track and report on sales performance
- Assist in business development activities and account management
- Provide support in technology sales initiatives
- Responsibilities:

- Monitor, analyze and report on sales and marketing activity against company goals.
- Analyze sales data daily and present sales patterns and areas for improvement, comparing actual sales data to previous years and/or projections. Additionally, sales analysts assess market data, including competitors, to
- Analyze data and find sales opportunities within the customer orders independently of co-managing replenishment directly or indirectly.
- Develop projections and forecasts using previous sales data and market trends. In this aspect, sales analysts may develop reports showing expected sales and the potential effects of new strategies to support decision-making. In many cases, a sales analyst may work closely with the sales and operations team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction from inventory analysis and order creation to post-delivery.
- Practice effective communication with Sales and Customers if necessary.
- Be customer-focused by demonstrating a sense of urgency, multitasking, paying attention to details and providing solutions.
- Exercise sound judgment, prioritize duties, and follow tasks through to completion in a timely manner.
- Coordinate special promotions and advertisements with customers and replenish accordingly.
- Monitor and identify process improvement and cost savings opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, SCM or related field required.

3 -4 years’ experience in analytical field, supply chain and/or order management; preferable in consumer goods companies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); Strong working knowledge of Excel.

Familiarity with inventory management and software a plus.

Pay: $66,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
