The OCM support required for this initiative encompasses several critical aspects:

- **Understanding Existing OCM Efforts**:

- **Objective**: Gain insights into the OCM work conducted thus far and familiarize yourself/team with the clients Change Management Framework.
- **Action Items**:

- Review existing OCM documentation and communication plans.
- Engage with key stakeholders involved in previous change initiatives.
- Identify lessons learned and best practices from past experiences.
- **Project-Specific OCM Support**:

- **Objective**: Tailor OCM strategies specifically for this project while aligning with the broader Better Work Better World Transformation Change Management.
- **Action Items**:

- Collaborate with project teams to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop a customized OCM plan that integrates seamlessly with the overall transformation strategy.
- Ensure alignment with project milestones and change readiness assessments.
- **Stakeholder Landscape and Messaging**:

- **Objective**: Create a comprehensive stakeholder map and establish effective communication channels.
- **Action Items**:

- Identify key stakeholders across functions (RD&E, GSARA, Procurement, etc.).
- Craft targeted messages that resonate with each stakeholder group.
- Implement a communication plan that addresses concerns, highlights benefits, and fosters engagement.
- **Assessing Organizational Change Impacts**:

- **Objective**: Understand how new processes and data entry will impact the organization.
- **Action Items**:

- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and facilitate smooth transitions.
- **End-User Transition Planning**:

- **Objective**: Prepare end users and other stakeholders for the upcoming changes.
- **Action Items**:

- Create a transition plan that outlines the journey from the current state to the future state.
- Provide clear guidance on using the new PLM and MDG platforms.
- Address common questions and concerns through targeted communication.
- **Innovative Training Strategies**:

- **Objective**: Move beyond traditional written documents and explore creative training approaches.
- **Action Items**:

- Brainstorm training ideas that cater to different user personas (e.g., power users, casual users).
- Consider interactive workshops, simulations, videos, and hands-on sessions.
- Develop engaging training materials that resonate with diverse learning styles.

- **Engaging Sponsors and Key Influencers**:

- Recommend a plan to actively engage sponsors and influential stakeholders.
- Foster their commitment to the change initiative and enlist their support.
- **Change Champion Approach**:

- Review/suggest improvements to our change champion approach to reinforce the new ways of working.
- Identify and empower change champions within the organization.
- **Communication Strategy**:

- Develop a comprehensive communication strategy to build awareness, desire, and knowledge among end users.
- Tailor messaging based on stakeholder personas.
- **Alignment with Track Leadership**:

- Facilitate alignment between Product Owners (POs) and Track Leadership on end-user adoption goals for each release.

**Deliverables**:

- **OCM Workplan**:

- Detailed plan outlining OCM activities, timelines, and responsibilities.
- **Stakeholder Engagement Plan**:

- Strategy for engaging stakeholders effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Champion Plan**:

- Approach for identifying, training, and supporting change champions.
- **Communication Plan**:

- Comprehensive plan for communicating changes, benefits, and progress.
- **Change Impact Analysis**:

- Assessment of how organizational changes will impact stakeholders.
- **Training Needs Analysis**:

- Identification of training requirements based on stakeholder personas.

**Qualifications**:

- 7-10 years of professional experience as an Organizational Change Manager, leading complex and global initiatives, preferably OCM Data Transformation
- Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated humility, ability to keep the client’s shared goal in focus while managing change efforts
- Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate
- Proven success in operating in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in collaboration tools (JIRA/Confluence)
