- Recommend improvements or modifications to enhance project efficiency and quality.
**- Manage Submittals and RFIs**:

- Respond to RFIs from contractors, subcontractors, and vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review submittals from subcontractors and vendors to ensure they meet project specifications and standards.
**- Cost Management and Efficiency**:

- Assist the company in avoiding unnecessary expenses by foreseeing potential issues and addressing them proactively.
- Aim to save money for the company by avoiding changing orders and ensuring all work scope items are accounted for.
- Work closely with the project management team to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction and project evaluation.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in managing submittals and RFIs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional licensure in architecture or engineering.
- Experience with construction management software and tools.
- Previous experience in hospitality or resort projects.
- Spanish
