Position Overview:
We are searching for a Talent Management Specialist to serve as a key resource in shaping the learning and development initiatives of our organization. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This role will also collaborate with various stakeholders to assess training needs, create engaging content, and facilitate impactful learning experiences. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Primary Job Duties:
The ability to manage, direct, and implement strategies for organizational learning and development:
1. The ability to serve as a key resource for talent management programs and lead change management initiatives associated with talent management activities.

2. The ability to identify and assist in designing eLearning and training content, tools, and assessments for knowledge transfer and ongoing development.

3. The ability to conduct organization gap analysis for evaluation of needed learning and development programs.

4. The ability to develop training curriculum content and/or work with external resources to deliver content, including but not limited to:

- New Supervisor training
- Management Training
- Leadership Development

5. The ability to facilitate annually required training, i.e. Sexual Harassment, Non-discrimination and anti-retaliation training, compliance and ethics training, and Office safety training.

6. The ability to manage the talent review and succession planning process.

7. The ability to manage the performance management evaluation process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Training, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or another related field
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development and/or organizational development
- Experience with working in a decentralized work environment
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Experience with Ceridian/Dayforce preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of talent management strategies and experience in organizational development
- General knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong business ethics, particularly regarding confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail, and follow through skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Ability to maintain a professional disposition and be courteous
- Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
