As an E-commerce Customer Service and Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinating orders with our vendors to maintain efficient inventory management.
- Leveraging social media platforms to engage with the car enthusiast community, post regular content, and collaborate with influencers to promote our brand.
- Facilitating returns and exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve chargebacks and disputes efficiently, minimizing financial losses. This includes investigating the reasons for chargebacks, communicating with customers and financial institutions
- Cultivating strong relationships with our current suppliers and identifying opportunities to expand our product offerings by establishing connections with new suppliers.
- Assisting our product management team in uploading products using your expertise in the aftermarket parts industry.
- Tracking inventory using software, keeping an eye on low running stock and creating purchase orders to various suppliers.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level:
