**About Airborne Auto Glass**:

With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our sales to new heights.
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively seek out and engage customer prospects through cold calling, visits, and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell Airborne Auto Glass products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in the auto glass or related automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Pay: $26,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
