- **Position Purpose and Objectives**_

As the QA/QC Supervisor for XYMOPrint, you will be involved in executing multiple tasks and leading your team on projects defined by management related to quality assurance, quality control, and inspection for XYMOPrint.
- **Essential Job Functions **_
- Lead the inspection team through positive interactions, while actively managing their workload and ensuring they complete their daily tasks on time
- Train the inspection team to carry out all QA/QC tasks daily and enforce the correct usage of SOPs and forms
- Maintain the Quality System for XYMOPrint (ISO Certification)
- Control work orders, reprints, non-conformance reports, SOPs, and forms
- Continue to work with management to write, update, and implement additional SOPs
- Reorganize the filing system and create a better flow of record keeping for all orders
- Audit and improve the quality system by investigating and documenting errors
- Help management assess and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Help develop, implement, and track training initiatives with XP
- Approve jobs throughout the facility to ensure expected quality is always met
- Carry out employee training on new procedures (retraining as well)
- Manage new vendor evaluations when XYMOPrint does business with new vendors
- Create reports that track the quality output of XYMOPrint

- Strong leadership and management skills
- Attention to detail
- Must enjoy working as part of a team on a daily basis
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently without constant supervision
- **Working Conditions **_
- Air conditioned indoor environment
- Noise from machines can be significant, but protective ear gear may be worn
- **Minimum Qualifications**_
- Ability to read, write, and converse in English
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to distinguish specific colors
- 1-2 years of experience in the print industry and leading an inspection team preferred

Pay: From $43,680.00 per year
