**We're looking for a talented Part-Time Front Desk associate to join our team**

Waterton is currently seeking an energetic, professional, personable, and customer service oriented Front Desk associate As Front Desk, you will provide expeditious and efficient service for residents and guests of the community. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.

**How you will contribute to our team**:

- Establish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, all customers, vendors and co-workers. Communicate in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Ensure proper delivery of flowers and small parcels to residents.
- Assists with after-hours deliveries, telephone calls, emergencies and maintenance requests.
- Help ensure safety throughout building by monitoring security systems and access doors and strictly adhering to key check out policy. Retrieve or replace keys as necessary.
- Assist new residents; issuing keys and provide community information to help them
- Provide access for residents’ guests, delivery and service personnel at residents’ and management’s request. Maintain contractor log and visitor log. Obtain identification as required.
- Monitor entrances and exits, and all activity in the front lobby and property entrances where applicable.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front desk, lobby area, and storage closets where applicable.
- Answer the telephone. Communicate with the staff and residents through portable radio and building intercom system.
- Adhere to all local, state and federal laws including all laws governing Fair Housing and safety procedures including OSHA requirements.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including standards of performance (SOP).
- Report to work on time, well-groomed and professionally dressed.
- Must have regular, reasonable and predictable attendance
- Must have the availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week.
- Excellent customer service skills while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Ability to resolve minor problems while remaining courteous and professional.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to use and learn new computer software.
- Must be team oriented.
- Evenings, weekends and/or holidays maybe required.
