Transaction Coordinator/director of First

**About Us**: Premier Realty Group is a leading firm dedicated to providing exceptional service to our agents, clients, and guests. We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Transaction Coordinator/Director of First Impressions to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft formal documents for agents
- Audit real estate files
- Set up showings
- Schedule inspections and walk-throughs
- List and maintain properties in the MLS
- Monitor and track contract deadlines
- Communicate with title and mortgage companies
- Provide escrow services
- Opening/closing duties
- Coordinating the use and cleaning of conference rooms and reception areas between clients
- Ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked
- Managing daily tasks such as emptying and loading the dishwasher
- Handling mail and answering phone calls
- Creating and coordinating the floor schedule

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience working as a transaction coordinator or processor (required)
- Real Estate License or experience working in the world of real estate (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time independently
- High school diploma or GED required; some college experience preferred
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and documents

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
