**Searching for a dedicated, full-time Digital Social Media Manager who enjoys fun projects in the West Los Angeles/Burbank area**

**V10 Entertainment (V10E)** is a private equity-backed media company with three core business areas - Production, Library, and Networks. V10 has an omnichannel approach so that while we continue to grow, we have the distribution pipeline to take advantage of that growth. V10 Networks, one of our core areas, engages over 98 million fans across digital platforms. We specialize in creating compelling content that resonates with a wide audience, from short-form viral videos to long-form scripted content.

As a **Digital Social Media Manager** at **V10 Networks**, your expertise will drive the growth and performance of V10 Networks across digital platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role requires a dynamic, creative, and analytical individual who can execute content strategies and deeply understand the nuances of each platform This role also requires a strong understanding of digital media trends for comparison as we want to ensure our content captures attention and inspires fans to share it with friends.

To be successful in this hands-on role, you will:
1. Collaborate with the creative team, partners, and other stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive digital content strategies for each platform (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), tailored to each platform's unique audience and features.

2. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices, adapting strategies accordingly.

3. Regularly analyze platform performance using analytics tools to understand viewer behavior, engagement rates, and content effectiveness.

4. Continuously optimize content and strategies based on data-driven insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.

5. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms regarding voice, messaging, and visual representation.

6. Monitor and manage the brand's online reputation, responding to comments and feedback as needed.

7. Collaborate with the community management team to develop strategies to increase audience engagement and cultivate a loyal online community.

8. Implement creative campaigns and initiatives to drive user interaction and content sharing.

You will come in with the following skillsets:

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or the equivalent in work experience
- Two (2) years’ experience in digital content strategy and management, particularly with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Knowledge and ability to use digital analysis to produce analytics and performance metrics
- Active listening skills
- Reading, speaking, writing, in-person and virtual communication skills to convey information effectively
- Ability to manage a project from beginning to end including providing direction and guidance to others
- Knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and Tiktok, their audiences, their different environments, and what types of content perform well on which platform
- Ability to stay current on trends, public expectations, what is popular and what is considered family friendly fun
- Ability to produce creative, innovative, and original ideas
- Collaboration ability to work closely with other members of the production team to ensure a seamless and effective post-production process
- Ability to learn and maintain our brand guidelines and content culture quickly
- Knowledge of basic marketing methods
- Able to problem-solve and address a situation from multiple perspectives
- Self-motivated
- Works well with others
- Able to manage one’s self and maintain organization
- Time management skills for a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge social platform guidelines and standards such as what is allowed/not allowed

This role is based out of our West Los Angeles offices and/or our Burbank satellite location so living in the LA area with required time regularly onsite as needed for meetings, collaboration and in-person communications.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.85 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
