Hello We're looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join the Jubilee team and act as the connective tissue between us and our growing audience. You will act as the voice of the Jubilee brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person. The Job
The Social Media Manager will be the voice, eyes and ears of the Jubilee and Nectar brands In this role, you will craft and drive our team's social strategy, work to nurture and grow our audience, and commit to fostering engagement across our different social platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, understands the value of audience engagement, and is inspired by our mission to provoke understanding and create human connection - both on and offline
What you'll do:
- Spearhead the development and execution of dynamic social media campaigns
- Oversee Jubilee & Nectar's growth strategy across our multiple social channels
- Grow our online presence and brand reputation across Instagram, SnapChat, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Actively engage with and define our social audience, identifying trends turning insights into actionables
- Provide & strategically report out on social performance including engagement, reach, and growth with recommendations on how to improve key metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our brand partnership and creative teams to produce high-performing content for our social channels
- Manage all inbound email and social correspondence with audience
- Maintain a consistent and relevant brand voice
- 3-5 years experience leading Social Media growth strategy and execution
- Creativity is in your DNA - you like to stay on the cutting edge of online social and content trends
- High-level strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- A master of the social media platforms and tools: Instagram, SnapChat, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Have a strong passion for Jubilee's brand and mission and are excited to actively engage with our dynamic audience
- You enjoy the challenge of working in a high-growth environment and thrive in autonomous roles

**PLEASE NOTE: Jubilee has a hybrid work culture and we are currently working in-office 3 days at work with 2 days a week of remote work. As such, all candidates must be on-site in El Segundo 3 days a week and thus based near the office or willing to relocate.**
