**Responsibilities**:

- Assistant Managers will assist the General Manager with daily kitchen operations and some administrative responsibilities.
- Assist Customers over the phones & over the counter.
- General kitchen operations and back office tasks; Opening & Closing the store, Food Prep in the morning, stocking & rotating, maintaining cleanliness & cleaning at close, monitoring service reports, running closing computer tasks, etc.
- Assistant Kitchen Managers will train in basic administrative tasks. e.g., inventory, food ordering, scheduling, operations reports, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Must be available for some Night & Weekend shifts.
- Must have attention for detail & food quality.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must display maturity, patience and good people skills.
- Must have basic computer and math skills.
