Our platform helps contractors of all sizes find the equipment rentals they need anywhere, anytime, and instantly compare prices from thousands of equipment suppliers across North America. **The Opportunity**
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company. As a _Territory_ _Account Manager _you will be able to develop new markets with no internal competition across North America.
**In a typical day, you might**:
- Qualify prospective customers over the phone and educate them on why DOZR is right for their business.
- You take the lead on closing business but each sale will involve help from your DOZR teammates of course.
- Achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities, pipeline attribution and closed deals
- Attend local industry trade association meetings and events
- Spend 20% of your time visiting customers at their office or jobsite to build relationships with them.
- Spend 80% of your time prospecting leads, building your pipeline and book of business as well as sourcing equipment for your customers (from your home office).
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual who can hit the ground running
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexible to changing requirements as the business develops
- Motivated by success and achieving company targets
- A background in construction equipment rentals
- Motivated individuals who are interested in closing business is a must
- Experience prospecting with CRM tools an asset (Salesforce preferred)

- _5+ years developing new business in new territories in the heavy equipment rental industry_
- Highly motivated, sales and commission driven
- Life long learner, willing to innovate and improve the way processes are done
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license
