Job Summary:

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Perform light A/P and A/R duties
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including spreadsheets and data entry
- Basic accounting education helpful
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy.
