You will provide administrative support in a by request function, through the Center of Excellence, managing a variety of tasks to ensure seamless support and contribute to the daily running of the Center of Excellence Team. You will report to the Administration Team Lead.
- Supports Executive requests in the production of documents, reports, correspondence and presentations
- Supports Executive requests by researching and booking travel, scheduling meetings and creating and submitting expense reports
- Work with a team of COE coordinators to develop best practices and collaborate on internal projects

**Qualifications**
You must:

- Have previous administrative experience (1+ years)
- Be able to proactively prioritize responsibilities
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Have basic knowledge of Concur
- Be a team player and participate on a virtual admin team
