**About the Opportunity**:
This position will report directly to the TTP HFPP Portal Manager.

Responsibilities/ Requirements:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing operational support, issue determination, resolution, documentation and analytics related to a variety of non-technical and technical complications.
- Conceptualization, testing, verification and validation, documentation, and implementation of solutions and/or workarounds to meet user needs.
- Review operations and procedures manuals and recommend enhancements to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
- Maintaining data documentation, tracking all contact information in a confidential manner, and monitoring various processes and procedures.

**Experience, Skills and Education Requirements**:

- SQL and prior programming experience (either education or work experience).
- 1-2 years of directly related help desk experience is desired.
- Good written and verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels; including strong presentation skills are required.
- College degree with computer science focus is highly desired.
