**Responsibilities**:
l Day-to-Day Operations Management: Manage the daily operations of the branch office to ensure smooth

l functioning and adherence to company standards.

l Staff Supervision: Supervise and delegate tasks to staff members, ensuring efficient workflow and performance excellence.

l Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

l Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to ensure the branch is meeting its goals and making informed decisions to improve performance.

l Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster positive relationships with customers and staff.

l Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

l Supervise employees across all operational functions, ensuring adherence to company

l standards and procedures.

l Customer Satisfaction: Uphold company standards for customer service and ensure the achievement of Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Qualifications:
l Previous experience in a managerial role within the service industry is preferred

l Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.

l Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

l Sound decision-making skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.

l Strong believer in providing a great customer experience to customers

Compensation:
A base salary of $75000 with a monthly performance bonus up to $2000 and performance yearly bonus based on yearly review and profitability of $3000

Benefits package : Available 4 months after hiring

A total compensation of $102000 varies with the performance and a benefit package.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:
