Inside Sales Representative

Maryland Overpak is an export packaging company. We package machinery to withstand international shipping. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative specializing in quoting jobs. After fully understanding the operation of the business, duties will shift to providing pricing for the various services we provide.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contact skills and active listening

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts

- Determined

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
