**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Works in conjunction with case manager to monitor safety plan compliance with Safety Management cases, as well as non-judicial and potential judicial cases.
- Assists the families in finding informal safety monitors and familial supports.
- Reports to the case manager and supervisor with any concerns or needs of the family.
- Monitors the day to day effectiveness or need for change of safety plans.
- May provide transportation on an as needed basis.
- Attends staffings, provides input and communicates regularly with the team.
- Provides support to case managers and other staff by taking initiative and assisting where they are able.
