HIRING PMHNP who wants to provide medication management services and psychotherapy. This is a unique opportunity and position for you to work with your patients through their treatment plan start to finish using medicine and therapy as determined by you/treatment plan aligned with their individualized needs to help them heal and get well. This is a 1099 contract position with flexibility. You will be paid 70% of reimbursement rates of cash, commercial, and medicare plans. We will schedule all your visits, provide front and back office help and services. We offer opportunity to grow with us. Come join an exciting new opportunity
Expectations:
- Previous experience working as PMHNP at minimum 2 years, required
- Strong knowledge of medication management and patient needs
- Expert in diagnostic evaluation methods and tools
- Able to work with a team as you will have front and back office working with you each day virtually.
Psychotherapy/counseling experience is a plus, we can provide supervision if therapy is not your strongest area but you are willing to expand your knowledge and skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Meet with clients virtually and complete initial visit and ongoing medication management visits based on treatment plan
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs
- Medication reconciliation
- We serve 5 and up
- Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment interventions
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
We have an office in Phoenix and we are virtual. You can choose if you want to be virtual fully, hybrid or office fully.
**Experience**:
- Must have a active and unrestricted license as a PMHNP and RN in your state of practice, experience working with teams and providing virtual care
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to establish rapport with patients
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
