Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Timings
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, escalating issues as needed
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Multilingual skills are an asset
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
