**Job Summary**:
Under the general supervision of the House Brands Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator will provide technical support for various Operation functions. Executes and coordinates operational functions within the HB department, including partnering with internal cross functional members. This role will play a key role in coordinating and integrating the flow of materials and information among our vendors including manufactures, raw material suppliers, packaging vendors, both domestic and international. Position will partner with the planning/inventory team on HB's inventory including launching new products.

**Job Expectations**:

- Manage day-to-day HB operations, including administrative tasks, supply management, and vendor coordination.
- Assist & maintain all SKUs designed by HB, including partial inventory and execute changes to SKU level data including pricing, costing, descriptions, product hierarchy, fulfillment information, and product attribute flags, etc.
- Communicate prioritization of SKU creation and SKU maintenance requests between cross functional teams, and maintain status of open issues.
- Lead & assist cross-functional projects, including system upgrades, by having a holistic view of the product lifecycle and merchandising systems.
- Recommend changes to business process and reporting to reduce errors and streamline workload of the team.
- Serve as operational support to the HB team to help ensure our assortment is accurately managed across all systems.
- Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Product Development, Vendors, Production, and Site Operations teams to resolve any systems, website issues related to HB SKU data
- Collaborate with the PD team with a true problem-solving mentality to reimagine cross-functional processes.
- SAP, Excel, Google Suite, and Asana to ensure HB SKU data is managed to its full capacity.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Detail oriented, ability to work independently with solid organizational skills
- Strong analytical and data management knowledge
- Project Management skills required
- Ability to communicate written and verbally in a professional manner with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts
- Understand ERP systems and supply chain management concepts
- Be a team player, able to work in a fast pace environment

**Equipment Knowledge**:

- SAP and Ariba
- Strong MS Office skills including intermediate level Excel skills
- Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Documents, etc.)
- Asana for Project Management
- Tableau

**Experience Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or eCommerce Operations
- Comfortable with large sets of data and complex systems landscapes
- Strong critical thinking, time management, project management, and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
- Business acumen, analytical thinking, and technical skills

**Education Requirements**:
2 year college degree required, bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience required.
