This position is part of the Global Fast Trak Process Development Services team. The role is located in Marlborough and will be hybrid. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

**What you will do**:

- Lead Fast Trak USCAN early PD downstream team.
- Align FT USCAN early PD team goals with global vision and strategic plan.
- Work with commercial and BDM team to build strong funnel and achieve annual PD project and training sales targets, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure correct backlog and rev rec entries
- Lead customers project proposal creation, providing scientific expertise during customers proposal discussions and execution to ensure best-in-class quality outcomes
- Oversee projects and activities to accomplish annual revenue targets, especially focusing on driving design in of Cytiva products
- Attract and retain key talent and creating an environment to foster employee engagement, diversity and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with other Fast Trak Leaders and PDVS team to foster innovation and best practices sharing.

**Who you are**:

- Prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports
- Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
- Significant years of experience in process development; strong scientific background
- Excellent communicator with English language proficiency, with demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed, and customer focused environment
- Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related Life Sciences field; advanced degree preferred (PhD or Master’s degree in Life Sciences)
