Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Lead Housekeeper** to join our dynamic team.

**About the Role**:
In this full-time role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of housekeepers, overseeing daily cleaning operations and ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet our impeccable standards.

**Typical Hours**: 9am - 5:30 pm **Must have weekend availability.**

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel housekeeping role.
- Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team.
- Experience with computerized housekeeping management systems a plus.
