**Job Overview**:
As a Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative and clerical support to management and other staff members. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks to maintain efficient office procedures and facilitate effective communication within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Correspondence Management**: Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper formatting in all communications.
**Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant materials as needed.
**Data Management**: Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records. Organize and maintain important documents, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
**Office Supplies Management**: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed. Ensure adequate stock of essential items and minimize wastage.
**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor and customer-oriented approach.
High school diploma or equivalent.
