**What you’ll do**:

- Responsible for working with other company/department leaders in driving sales and profitability
- Manage day to day activities to ensure the success of field technicians
- Ensure that field work is performed in a safe, clean, timely, and orderly manner
- Visit job sites to review job progress and adherence to company standards
- Provide ongoing training to technicians as necessary
- Assist field personnel in troubleshooting plumbing & HVAC issues
- Make certain that all work is conducted according to current regulatory standards
- Ensure that customer issues and kept to a minimum and resolve same
- Consistently improve technician time on task
- Maintain a full staff of technicians with the proper skills
- Handle disciplinary matters, hiring, and other personnel actions as required
- Prepare and conduct employee evaluations and reviews
- Review technician reports on a daily basis; follow-up on recommendations for additional work

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
