**Job description: Experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist**

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist. An Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist under the leadership of the Corporate Controller, will provide exceptional customer service that will exceed expectations. The main purpose of this position is to manage all payments and expenses for the company by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling accounts. Additionally, this position will prepare all customer billing and monitor receivable accounts.

**Essential Job Responsibilities**
- Receives vendor invoices and obtains appropriate payment approval utilizing a three-way match system.
- Prepares account payable batches for payment and submits remittances to vendors.
- Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all files.
- Reconciles statements with the ledger making sure that all payments are consistent with established policies.
- Monitor and reconcile company credit card charges to ensure receipts are attached and are properly coded.
- Prepares customer billing and monitors receivables.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education and/or Experience Required**
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
