**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome Patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check Patients in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Help getting Insurance breakdowns
- Running Reports in Eaglesoft
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and Dental software like Eaglesoft
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous

Joining our team as a Front Desk Associate offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can enhance your customer service skills and provide an amazing experience to our patients.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
