Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and supporting Caregivers
  • Conducting performance reviews and assessments
  • Providing training and mentorship to Caregivers
  • Managing front desk operations

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Eligibility to work legally in the USA
  • Ability to provide two professional references
Additional Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of current experience in caregiving
  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as required (mileage reimbursement available)
  • Experience in training and administrative tasks is a plus, but not mandatory
  • CNA certification is preferred
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the USA and provide necessary documentation
  • Must be able to furnish two professional references
