**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain organized records of club activities, player registrations, and financial transactions.
- **Financial Management/Bookkeeping**:
- Assist in budget preparation and track expenses.
- Process invoices, receipts, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with Finance Director to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with nonprofit regulations.
- **Uniform & Gear Management**:
- Manage and coordinate uniform acquisition process from design through delivery, with oversight of Sporting Director
- **Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, parents, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
- Manage the club’s website content and ensure timely updates.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising events, tournaments, and other club activities.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment rental, and volunteer coordination.
- Maintain event calendars and ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- **Volunteer Management**:
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for various club activities and events.
- Maintain a database of volunteers and track their contributions.
- **Office Maintenance**:
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
- **Policy and Compliance**:
- Ensure the club adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date records of policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within a nonprofit organization.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks) and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and website management.

**Working Conditions**:
- Environment:
- Standard office environment with occasional travel to local events and meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
