Join Drive Now Florida as a Driving Instructor
Earn Big with Flexible Hours
- **What You'll Do**: Safely and efficiently teach driving lessons in their neighborhood.
- **Work Type**: Flexible, independent contractor role in your neighborhood.
- **Pay Structure**:$20/$30 per hour Lesson & $30/$45 per hour and a half-minute lesson.
- **Earn**: $20-$1,200 Weekly Payouts - Beginning two weeks following first lesson.
**Bonus Incentive/Payout Schedule**
Beginning Pay starts at $20, with the potential to reach $30Hr through $2.00 incremental incentives Instructors Receive for every 20th lesson without reschedules.
After finishing your training and attending video meetings as scheduled, you'll get a $25 bonus and same-day payout on the day you host your first lesson.
After this initial bonus payout, your pay will follow a regular schedule. All instructors get paid via direct deposit every Friday morning at 10:00 AM.
When you're a new instructor, you'll have a waiting period before being added to our pay schedule. You won't receive payment on the first Friday after your first lesson; instead, your weekly pay starts on the second Friday after your first lesson.

- If for any reason you're unable to attend this week's meeting, don't worry. You can still get started with our next group, which will begin as process finalizes. Simply inform us of your availability, and we'll make the necessary arrangements for your onboarding._
