Role: Warehouse Operative

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00-17.00

Pay:

- $16.42 - $19.77 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Locate & Coordinate the load of palleted material into containers and other transport. Ensuring that correct labeling and despatch labels are properly affixed.
- Through the use of banding, power washer, scales and measurement tools, ensure that pallets, drums and/or Bulk Bags are clean and safe for dispatch.
- Unload, arrange and prepare incoming products for inspection from the quality control department.
- Use best judgment to prepare documentation and spot discrepancies with pallet counts, quantities, and weights to prevent unnecessary re-work and errors.
- Follows strict safety procedures and safety checks.
- Wear and enforce correct PPE at all times.
- Performs other duties as requested by management.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Warehousing Experience
- Experience in reading and understanding Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Forklift Certification
- Mathematical ability to add, subtract, Multiply, and divide in common units of measure.
- Teamwork and patience.
- Attention to detail.
