**What You'll Do**

The** **Rating Account Representative** is responsible for servicing an assigned set of accounts for a single line of business. This position acts as a point of contact between agents, insureds, inter-office departments, and workers’ compensation bureaus, as well as performs administrative and customer service duties regarding new and renewal accounts that will assist to ensure the operations and underwriting process is handled efficiently and accurately. **This entry-level position offers a hybrid working schedule. After an initial training period, the hybrid schedule is a full week in the office, then a full week working remotely.**
- Process policy related transactions in accordance with company and bureau rules and time standards.
- Provide requested policy related information to agents and insureds.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure policy information is well maintained and shared.
- Keep accurate records and notes pertaining to policy changes.

**We’re looking for someone that has**:

- a high school diploma,
- preferably 1-3 years of related insurance experience,
- exceptional communications skills,
- the ability to organize and prioritize workflow,
- strong attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills,
- the ability to understand and interpret insurance terms, rules, and standards,

**Pay Philosophy**

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors; including, but not limited to - qualifications, relevant education, certifications, experience, skills, performance, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future, but we in good faith believe this is what we would pay for this role as of the time of posting. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market for all employees in this position across our industry and provides an opportunity to progress and develop within the role.
