**Salary Range**:
$38,000- $48,000 annually

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and gather feedback.
- Provide accurate information about Daily Dot Art’s services, products, and events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Process customer orders, handle billing inquiries, and manage customer accounts.
- Document customer interactions and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
- Assist with customer onboarding and provide guidance on using our digital art tools and resources.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
