Founded in 1951, this 3rd generation family-owned truck dealership organization is headquartered in downtown Milwaukee, WI, with 10 Kriete Truck Centers located in the state of Wisconsin.

**Position Summary**:
Provide customer service and sales support and delivery to Kriete’s parts customers for all departments within the dealership

**Qualifications**:

- Prefer previous parts, inventory and parts software experience
- Prefer previous direct customer contact experience
- Must have good communication skills

**Essential Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Assist parts customers in selecting required parts. Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials
- Answers customer questions, provide price quotes and other pertinent part information
- Pull and fill orders from inventory. Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts and/or shop materials that need immediate attention
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary. Notify customers when special part orders have been received and are available
- Follow up on back ordered parts
- Set up orders for delivery and pick-up

**Schedule**:

- 3pm - Midnight
- 2nd shift
