**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop and implement systems engineering activities to include os technical support, systems programming and data center capabilities.
- Perform complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities.
- Establish input and output processes and working parameters for hardware compatibility and coordination of subsystems design and integration of the total system.
- Assess support resources to remediate active or potential incidents, problems or processes.
- Analyze the server patching process to provide technical solutions, including scanning, patching, remediation and reporting.
- Perform deployments and upgrades, and resolve trouble shooting issues in the production environments.
- Draft technical documentation to handle multiple communication channels during production issues.
- Aggregate and analyze logs with shell commands, Splunk or other log aggregation tools.
- Support web access management solutions including ping access and ca SiteMinder and support federated IAM protocols, including saml, oauth, and openid connect.
- Support directory services infrastructure with apache, IIS solutions and other technologies.
- Involve in software development life cycle for patching, vulnerability remediation management, and change management across platforms and systems.
- Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, CIS, MIS or related; and
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
- Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Drafting technical documentation to handle multiple communication channels during production issues;
- Aggregating and analyzing logs with shell commands, Splunk or other log aggregation tools;
- Supporting web access management solutions including ping access and ca SiteMinder and supporting federated IAM protocols, including saml, oauth, and openid connect;
