**Position Summary**

At CVS Health, we are a health care innovation company focused on helping people on their path to better health and are looking for innovative strategy and operations leaders who think big and push boundaries to drive business results.

We are looking for an experienced Lead to oversee all financial and operational aspects of the Analytics and Data organization and develop close relationships with the necessary business/financial stakeholders across the enterprise. The Lead Operations Data Analyst will drive Analytics and Data planning, forecasting, and strategy and be responsible for developing new streamlined processes to improve efficiency in the role.

Responsibilities of the Lead Operations Data Analyst will be:

- Monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for cloud and related expenses (e.g., SW/HW, licensing, etc.).
- Managing cloud allocations for business units and IT / Analytics teams.
- Preparation and presentation of executive reporting packages, tracking overall performance and efficiency.
- Partnering with business segments to assess cloud structure and performance including risks & opportunities, trends, and status updates.
- Partnering with business segment leads and A&BC leads to ensure accurate cloud expense budget and forecast levels.
- Streamlining and automating existing manual processes and reporting

**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years Financial/Operational forecasting and strategy experience
- 3+ years’ experience driving streamlined processes and efficiencies
- 2+ years’ experience of IT / Analytics expense management or similar role with in-depth knowledge of IT and Finance best practices
- 2+ years of advanced Excel experience with Pivot table creation

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience managing cloud allocations
- Problem solver with analytical mind and strategic ability
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of process improvement and change management
- Data modeling and scaling up processes to enterprise level solutions using Power BI or other tools

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
