We are seeking a Lead Youth Navigator - Lead Case Manager as part of CTI’s Youth Services team located at the Youth Opportunity Center.

Youth Services Lead Youth Navigator - Lead Case Manager will provide advanced levels of support to young adults entering programming. This includes providing advanced level case management, advocacy, referral information and supporting participants in overcoming barriers towards stability. The Lead Youth Navigator will facilitate connection and assistance for youth and young adults (16-24) to Youth Services programming and other community resources.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Train and supervise Youth Navigator staff members.
- Responsible for receiving, assigning, and monitoring new referrals to Youth Services Programming.
- Develop and use network of available services to assist participants and staff.
- Support in complete intake and assessments with participant.
- Interview and evaluate participants to formulate Individualized Service Plans based on program requirements.
- Work closely with Youth Navigators and program participants to identify and build upon strengths
- Develop strategies to address barriers and concerns identified through the assessment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in a Human Services related field. _Minimum 5+ years’ direct case management experience may substitute for degree._
- Knowledge and experience working with youth and young adults 16-24
- Demonstrated knowledge of community resources available to low-income individuals and families.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills required in basic computer software and data collection systems.
- Excellent crisis management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality of information.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Khmer, English/Portuguese) preferred.
- Driving required.
