**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES**
- Uphold the RW Hartnett Mission and Vision.
- Polishing
- Perform polishing tasks by utilizing appropriate tools and techniques on metal and other materials to ensure a smooth and flawless finish.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of polishing equipment and work area.
- Material Handling
- Assist in the movement and handling of materials within the assembly shop.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of pickup and delivery vehicles.
- Safely transport materials and products to designated locations.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Prepare and assemble crates for shipping finished products to ensure products are securely packaged and protected for transport.
- Label crates accurately and maintain proper documentation for shipments.
- Facility Maintenance and Housekeeping
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks related to the facility such as light bulb replacement, minor repairs, and upkeep of common areas.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Sweep, mop, and remove debris from floors and work areas to maintain cleanliness throughout the shop.
- Dispose of waste and recyclable materials in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be comfortable driving company van and truck
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
