Our dynamic operations team is expanding, and we're on the lookout for an entry-level Operations Coordinator to join our office team. While strong computer, mathematical, and analytical skills are essential, prior real estate knowledge is a bonus, though not mandatory.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our company. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Format and proofread real estate appraisal reports to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate closely with staff appraisers, supporting the processing of reports including property information input, photos, sketches, and sales data.

Engage in light research, including verifying sales records via MLS, tax record authentication, and deed analysis.

Adhere to deadlines, contributing to efficient report turnaround times.

Assist in quality control efforts, minimizing report processing times.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with technology, with a willingness to adapt to industry-specific software.

Keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines.
