The Janitorial Services Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising janitorial staff, handling disciplinary actions, coaching and corrective actions, managing inventory and equipment, and ensuring efficient operations in the field. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. The Field Supervisor will act as the main point of contact for the administrative support team and engage directly with employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Supervision and Coaching**:

- Supervise janitorial staff, providing guidance, support, and training.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Handle disciplinary actions and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Conduct coaching sessions to improve performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Scheduling and Attendance Management**:

- Manage scheduling for janitorial staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Handle call-offs and arrange for replacement staff as necessary.
- Monitor and report on attendance, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- **Inventory and Equipment Management**:

- Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of janitorial equipment.
- Coordinate with CPS Custodial Managers to order and restock inventory as needed.
- **Technology and Reporting**:

- Utilize and monitor software systems for scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
- Ensure all data is accurately entered and maintained in the Crowd Comfort and Paycom systems.
- **Employee Engagement and Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for janitorial staff, addressing their concerns and needs.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Provide support and resources to staff to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.
- **Administrative Coordination**:

- Liaise with the administrative support team to coordinate field operations and ensure smooth communication.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures in the field.
- Address any operational issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in management or related fields preferred.
- Proven experience as a janitorial supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of janitorial practices, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle disciplinary actions and provide effective coaching.
- Proficiency in using software for scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Physical Demands**:

**Position/Expected Work Hours**:
