Construction Management Scheduler

**Requirements**:
Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to the performance of duties in the following areas:

- Review of contractor’s baseline schedule.
- Provide schedule update reviews.
- Evaluate schedules for contractual conformity and progress monitoring.
- Perform delay analysis and impact modeling.
- Perform detailed schedule and earned value analysis and assess the impact of design/construction changes and scheduling alterations.
- Perform acceleration/recovery analysis and modeling.
- Provide time extension reviews and milestone adjustments.
- Perform analysis of multiple critical paths.
- Provide management of schedule changes.

**Education/Experience**
- Associate’s degree in engineering.
- 5+ Years of verifiable experience in project scheduling.

**Work Environment**

This job is performed in an office environment and or transportation construction job sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

**Physical Demands**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, drive, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.

**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday. Weekends and flexible hours are possible. Flexibility to meet the schedule of the client or contractor is important.

**Travel**

Most assignments do not require more than an hour of travel to and from job sites. However, some assignments will require extensive regional travel each day and others could require staying out of town overnight if the distance to the job site is greater than 90 miles from home.
